Psychodynamic Counselling
Understanding yourself and your relationships
I offer psychodynamic counselling for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, loss or bereavement, low self-esteem or periods of change, as well as those who simply want to understand themselves more deeply.
Psychodynamic counselling explores how past experiences and recurring patterns may influence how you think, feel and relate to others today, creating the opportunity for greater self-understanding and lasting change.
Counselling is available near Saffron Walden, Essex or online.
