Doctoral Research
My doctoral research explored the psychological and relational foundations of leadership development, with a particular focus on attachment orientation, self-awareness, self-regulation and leadership behaviour.
The research reflects an interest that continues to inform my work today: how our earlier relational experiences and characteristic ways of responding can influence how we relate, work and lead.
From research to practice
My work brings together psychological research and professional practice. Whether working with a person through coaching or counselling, I am interested in how greater awareness of the patterns shaping our responses can create greater understanding and the possibility of change.
