About
I am an HCPC-registered Occupational Psychologist (Professional Doctorate), Psychodynamic Coach and qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor. My approach is based on helping people to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships and the patterns that shape how they work and live.
I work with people who want to understand themselves and their working lives more deeply. My approach brings together occupational psychology, executive coaching and psychodynamic thinking, creating space to explore not only the immediate challenges someone may be facing, but also the less obvious influences on how they respond to relationships, pressure, responsibility and change.
Alongside my work with individuals, I work with senior leaders, partners and leadership teams on executive coaching, leadership development and organisational culture. I help organisations develop greater self-awareness and reflective leadership, supporting healthier relationships, better decision-making and cultures characterised by trust and psychological safety.
My doctoral research explored the psychological and relational foundations of leadership development, with a particular focus on attachment, self-awareness, self-regulation and leadership behaviour. This research informs my approach to psychodynamic coaching and leadership development.
I am also the author of Work Better, Live Better, a practical guide to understanding what matters to you, knowing yourself better and creating a working life that fits.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a full member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
